the living well study
“A neuro-informed exploration into spatial harmony and nervous system rest.”
the philosophy
Our homes are no longer just shelters; they are the primary environments where we navigate work, rest, and sensory processing. Yet, many spaces are inadvertently designed in ways that drain our cognitive battery, disrupt our sleep, and overstimulate our nervous systems.
The Living Well Study is a structured, 8-week virtual consulting engagement designed to quietly transform your home from a place of ambient stress into a calibrated sensory sanctuary. Blending the deep principles of neuroarchitecture with material biophilia, we analyze how your unique space interacts with your brain, delivering clear, practical adjustments to optimize your daily human output.
-
The Spatial & Sensory Intake
We begin with an internal and external audit. You will complete a thoughtful digital questionnaire detailing your daily routines, focus barriers, sleep hygiene, and sensory sensitivities. Alongside this, you will share simple photographs and dimensions of your primary living or working zones.
-
The Virtual Exploration & Guidance
We connect for a high-impact, 45-minute virtual walkthrough via Zoom. Together, we analyze the natural light trajectories, artificial kelvin spectrums, acoustic vulnerabilities, and material textures of your environment. Following this, you will receive your personalized Home Guidance Blueprint straight to your inbox—a curated, non-structural playbook outlining exact adjustments for light placement, sound-dampening, layout optimization, and grounding textures.
-
The Integrated Reflection
You implement the adjustments at your own pace. The study concludes at the end of week 8 with a 30-minute integration call to review the shifts in your energy, focus, and overall nervous system regulation, securing a baseline for your ongoing well-being.
